Program Details

Aviation Liability

• Protects you from claims arising out of bodily injuries to the general public, or from damage to the property of others.
• Protection extends up to your policy limits. Limited premises-operations coverage is also included.
• Aviation Liability limits of $1,000,000 is fairly standard/common. We offer limits as low as $100,000, up to $10,000,000 fairly easily. Limits above $10,000,000 are available.
• Standard General Liability policies will exclude damage arising from the operation of aircraft; Aerial Pak™ Aviation Liability policies include coverage for Unmanned Aircraft Systems opertors, parts manufacturers and aircraft pilots.
• Note: Aerial Pak™ is intended to provide coverage for bodily injury and property damage claims arising from the operation of approved equipment. The policy contains an exclusion “personal injury” and “advertising injury” coverage. This coverage may be available with certain policies; contact an Aerial Pak insurance professional for more information.

Premises Liability

• You are protected against damages for bodily injury or property damage resulting from ownership, maintenance or use of a premises used for your unmanned aircraft operations.

Your Property & Office/Studio Contents (Optional)

• Protects a wide range of valuable property and studio contents, including:
  • office furnishings and equipment
  • your tenant improvements
  • computer hardware and peripherals
  • supplies
  • inventory

Building (Optional)

• Pays to repair or replace your owned building and any improvements up to your policy limits.
• Covers most risks of direct physical loss.
